This act initiated changes in tobacco laws that required manufacturers to place health warnings on all cigarette packs stating that smoking was harmful to your health.

- A weed grinder
- A decent amount of weed to fill the cigar
- A level rolling surface
Step 1 – Unwrap the Backwoods Cigar
Just by looking at it, it won’t take long to notice that one end of a Backwoods cigar is more tightly wrapped than the other.
